Heritage Heights also provides a community room, playground, laundry facilities and computer lab. The location allows easy access to shopping, schools and social services.

A new model for affordable senior housing with services that allow elderly folk to age in place in a small rural community. Meals and other services are available at the Sherman County Senior Center which is located on the adjacent property with connecting walkways.

Ten, one bedroom and two, two-bedroom units for low-income elderly and disabled. All residents have private decks with views of the Columbia River. Hot meals are provided 2 days per week in the commercial kitchen located in the central community room. A laundry and office in the center facilitate the delivery of services. Transportation services are available on demand to those who cannot drive.

This six-unit complex provides long-term supportive housing for individuals with special needs in the region. Four one-bedroom units in the main building are joined by a covered walkway to a carriage house that has one studio apartment and another one-bedroom apartment.
