West Park Place features 25 units of spacious 2 & 3-bedroom apartments in a convenient community setting close to shopping, schools, and social services
Rock Cove Assisted Living Facility consists of thirty studio and one-bedroom apartments with a central dining room, library, common living room, beauty shop, whirlpool bath. Fifteen of the units are targeted to low-income residents and the other fifteen are market-rate without income restrictions. This project provides affordable housing and services for frail elderly who require assistance with daily living activities. Concepts in Community Living provide management and coordinate services.
The duplex has 6 beds for youth 17-21 who are transitioning out of foster care, the juvenile justice system or are otherwise homeless. Residents participate in the Independent Living Program administered by The Next Door, Inc.
Bridges of Klickitat County consists of one single-family house and one duplex. The units provide housing linked with appropriate community services from Comprehensive Mental Health and others to allow homeless households with special needs to stabilize and prepare to live independently.
East Hill Village consists of four duplexes for a total of eight units of affordable housing for agricultural workers and their families. Residents enjoy a large community garden that produces much fresh fruit and vegetables. Carports, individual patios, washer & dryer hookups and ample yards improve livability.
This property provides six units of safe, decent, affordable housing providing independent living for seniors in White Salmon, Washington. Each unit provides a safe, peaceful home with laundry hookups.
Casa Lomas provides twenty four 2 and 3 bedroom apartments designed to meet the needs of the agricultural workforce. Each apartment has a balcony overlooking a common courtyard as well as a private deck with views of the Columbia River.
Hamilton Park opened in 2005 to provide essential independent living apartments to residents that are 55 years or older and meet the income criteria for residency. Located in the majestic Columbia River Gorge, Hamilton Park offers a lush picturesque setting and the residents enjoy the nearby golf course, walking/biking trails as well as garden spots.
