Oregon Home Repair Program

We are accepting applications for homeowners in Hood River or Wasco Counties in Oregon for our Home Repair Programs. The programs utilize zero interest, deferred payment loans and income restrictions apply. Up to $25,000 can be awarded to homeowners for needed health and safety to their owner-occupied homes using local contractors.

Washington Home Repair Program

This program provides loans up to $40,000 for low to moderate-income homeowners to make needed health and safety repairs to their homes using local contractors. The home repaired must be your primary residence.  Mobile homes newer than 1976 are allowed, but homeowners must be buying the land under the mobile home. The current application on the website will work for the Washington application
